Refund Policy

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

For clarity, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a free return label. We pay return shipping for no-reason returns and for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items. There is no restocking fee.

Condition and Exceptions

Items should be returned with their included parts and packaging when reasonably possible. Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from no-reason returns. These exclusions never limit remedies for goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Refunds and Cancellations

Approved refunds go to the original payment method and are processed within 10 business days. A cancellation may be requested before shipment; after shipment, this return policy applies.
